An english gentleman with an italian allure
Founded in 1956 by the an authentic style connoisseur, Mr. Cesare Barbero, inspired by a legendary english gentleman named Sir Jack Emerson, and still run by the Barbero family, this style mecca is located just at the corner of one of the most beautiful square in Turin, Piazza Carignano, house of the first Italian Parliament in 1861.
Mr. Barbero was the first to bring to Italy directly from the factories in England and Scotland the genuine english style: the authentic shetland and fairisle sweaters, the coolest Harris tweed jackets, the tartan ties and pants, the timeless viyella shirts, as well as Church’s shoes, Saxone loafer and the iconic Baracuta Harrington jacket.
This iconic store, located at the first floor of an historical building, fully represents the perfect mix between the timeless english style and the authentic Turinese elegance, made of details and soft tone flair.
A special section of the shop is dedicated to the famous bespoke Jack Emerson ties and to a complete made to measure service, supplied by an amazing selection of the finest italian and english fabrics.
